Creating your SnapQuest user account is quick, easy, and totally free! Follow these steps to start exploring fun photo quests, earning points, and redeeming rewards near you. đ
Step 1: Download the SnapQuest App
To get started, download the SnapQuest app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Step 2: Open the App and Select âSign Upâ
Once the app is installed:
Open the app on your phone.
Tap on the "Register" button at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Fill In Your Info
You'll be prompted to enter:
Name
Email Address
Phone Number
Create a Password
Youâll also have the option to upload a profile picture (this is optional but recommended so businesses and other users can see who you are!).
Step 4: Confirm Your Account
After submitting your info, you may receive a verification email or text (depending on what method you registered with). Follow the link or enter the code to confirm your account.
Step 5: Set Your Preferences
Once you're verified:
Pick your location so the app can show you quests near you.
Turn on notifications to get alerts when new quests drop in your area.
Step 6: Need Help? Contact Support Through the App
If you're having trouble signing up or using any part of the app:
Tap your account icon to go to Account Settings.
Scroll down and select "Help & Support."
Enter a subject line and provide a description of the issue.
You can add screenshots or images to help explain whatâs going wrong.
